The Iowa Spring Southeast Facility, also known as Southern Atlantic Spring, represents Iowa Spring Manufacturing’s continued growth and commitment to serving customers across the southeastern United States. Iowa Spring expanded operations in 2007 with the opening of this facility in Granite Quarry, North Carolina, strategically positioned to support manufacturers in the garage door and trailer industries.
Built on decades of spring manufacturing experience, the Southeast facility delivers the same high standards of quality, customization, and reliability found across all Iowa Spring locations. This operation specializes in producing precision springs for overhead garage doors, trailers, and other industrial applications, supporting wholesalers and manufacturers with dependable supply and responsive service.

Our original location in Adel, Iowa, has been in operation for nearly 50 years.
Beginning as an overhead garage door spring and agricultural spring manufacturer, our growth in those industries and our expansion into the mechanical springs market, has led to many additions to our factory.
In 2023, we built a second facility in Adel to accommodate our growth.
